Description: I built a team of 60 members consisting product managers, designers and user operations. When I joined, Mobike was doing 250k trips per day with fewer than 1 million registered users. By the time I left, Mobike was doing 30 million trips per day with a user base of over 250 million users. Instead of growing Mobike domestically, my team helped Mobike launch and grow abroad to over 7 countries, including Singapore, Italy, Germany, Japan, USA and Mexico.
